We are thrilled to introduce our newest treat: Emma's English Toffee^™. It starts with the same wonderful toffee that we use in The Dangerous Stuff^®, but then it gets interesting! We coat both the top and the bottom of the toffee with either milk, white or semi-sweet chocolate (the same kind we use for TDS) and press into it diced almonds. Yum.

We've been working on this toffee since our #7 child, Emma, was a baby way back in 2005. We've asked many dedicated friends and family members to help us taste test the variations along the way. They were such troopers to sacrifice their taste buds for this daring and rigorous assistance. But finally, we have what we think is a confection worthy of The Toffee House^® name. We're certain you'll agree.

To help you find the one that best suits your tastes, we're offering a "Trio" of the flavors of Emma's in 1/2, 1 and 1-1/2 lb. sizes. In the "Trio" tin, you'll get 1/3 of each of milk, white and semi-sweet covered Emma's English Toffee.

For the people who can't get away from The Dangerous Stuff^®, but want some Emma's, we have the "Duet" in a 1-1/2 lb. tin. In this unique, rectangular tin, you'll find 3/4 lb. of Emma's and 3/4 lb. of The Dangerous Stuff^®.
